Outlook Desktop App
- From any mail folder, such as your inbox, select View > Show as Conversations to toggle Conversation view on or off.

Outlook Web App (OWA)
- At the top of the page, select Settings Settings to open Quick settings.... Under Conversation view, choose one of the following:
- To show email as individual messages, select Off.
- To sort messages by conversation, select Newest messages on top or Newest messages on bottom.

- Go to Settings > Mail, then turn on Organize by Thread (below Threading).

- Open Gmail and then:In the top right, click Settings (gear icon near top right)
- Scroll down to the Email Threading section.
- Check or uncheck the box for Conversation view.
