Enabling and Disabling Email Conversation View in OutlookUpdated 2 years ago

Outlook Desktop App

  1. From any mail folder, such as your inbox, select View > Show as Conversations to toggle Conversation view on or off.

Outlook Web App (OWA)

  1. At the top of the page, select Settings Settings to open Quick settings.... Under Conversation view, choose one of the following:
    1. To show email as individual messages, select Off.
    2. To sort messages by conversation, select Newest messages on top or Newest messages on bottom.

iPhone email app

  1. Go to Settings > Mail, then turn on Organize by Thread (below Threading).

GMail web app

  1. Open Gmail and then:In the top right, click Settings (gear icon near top right)
  2. Scroll down to the Email Threading section.
  3. Check or uncheck the box for Conversation view.
